Booking

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment.  Failure to do so may result in your treatment or deposit being forfeited.

You can reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice by calling our bookings and enquiries team on 020 7935 4410 or by emailing welcome@oldcavendish.northrose.tech.

Yes, all of our consultations are free of charge.  However, when booking a consultation with one of our Doctors we will take a £35 payment to secure the booking, on arrival at your appointment the £35 will be refunded to you or deducted from your treatment cost if you decide to go ahead.

No problem at all.  Just select the location you would like to book in at, find the consultation option and book yourself in with one of our friendly Aesthetic Practitioners or Cosmetic Doctors.
