CoolSculpting ELITE® is the most advanced system yet from the manufacturers of CoolSculpting®, the leading non-invasive fat-reduction treatment. The ELITE® comes with two new and improved applicators, for shorter treatment times and increased fat reduction. Cavendish Clinic introduced CoolSculpting® to the UK in 2011 and so we know first hand it’s a safe, innovative way to contour your body by freezing unwanted fat. It involves no surgery and minimal expected downtime. With our expertise and artistry, we can sculpt, de-bulk and transform men and women and work alongside you to achieve your goals.

CoolSculpting ELITE® can remove around 20-25% fat in a single treatment, versus the original CoolSculpting® machine which removes 18-20% fat at each appointment. With newly improved applicators, CoolSculpting ELITE® makes contact with the body in a more efficient manner, and cover up to 18% more skin surface than the original CoolSculpting® machine. The ELITE® also comes with two applicators instead of one for reduced treatment times.

After CoolSculpting®, your body will naturally metabolise the treated fat cells, revealing your results from as little as 4 weeks. These results will continue for up to 12 weeks, which is when you return to us for a review with your practitioner.

Once the treated fat cells are crystallised (frozen), they are destroyed and are naturally processed and eliminated from the body. When the treated fat cells are gone, they’re gone for good. You don’t need to follow any diet or special exercise regime. Your practitioner will explain in detail how the procedure works and give you a good idea of your expected results.

Good candidates for the CoolSculpting® procedure have noticeable bulges in certain areas they’d like to get rid of. Most patients see a great result after 1 session. Most people see results after a couple of weeks but it may take up to 2-3 months before you can see the final result. While every result and patient is different, most patients benefit from 1 up to 3 sessions per area of concern. 1. Abdomen: This is one of the most popular areas to be treated. CoolSculpting can help reduce stubborn fat pockets in the abdominal area.

2. Flanks or “Love Handles”: These are the fatty areas on the sides of the waist.

3. Inner and Outer Thighs: CoolSculpting can help contour the thighs by targeting the fatty deposits in both the inner and outer areas.

4. Submental Area (Double Chin): There’s a special applicator called the CoolMini that’s specifically designed to treat the smaller area under the chin.

5. Back Fat: This includes both the upper and lower back areas where fat can accumulate.

6. Bra Fat: This refers to the fat that might be seen near the armpit or around the bra line.

7. Upper Arms: The fat in the tricep area or the “bat wings” can be targeted with CoolSculpting.

8. Beneath the Buttocks (Banana Roll): This area right below the buttocks can also be treated.

9. Male Chest: Some men may develop excess fatty tissue in their chest area, a condition sometimes referred to as pseudogynecomastia, and this can be treated with CoolSculpting.

Coolsculpting® discomfort is mostly experienced during the treatment itself. After 5 minutes of cooling the treated area goes numb. It’s possible to feel some discomfort from the numbness caused by the freezing applicator. When the cycle is finished, the treated area will be massaged for 2 minutes, which often is the most uncomfortable part of the procedure, but most of our patients find this very bearable.

CoolSculpting® technology delivers precisely-controlled cooling to target the fat cells underneath the skin, whilst leaving the skin itself unaffected. It doesn’t use needles, and there is minimal downtime after treatment. Our CoolSculpting® systems are the official CoolSculpting® devices and are controlled cooling devices designed with built-in safety measures. If sensors detect that the skin is getting too cold, the system will shut down automatically. CoolSculpting® is a FDA approved treatment.
